Physical therapists are movement experts, and exercise should be one of the primary tools we use to get you moving better and feeling better.


The goal of any exercise program is to leave you feeling healthier and stronger than when you began. Physical therapy goes beyond post-surgical care by restoring strength, endurance, flexibility, and stability to people who have been injured, experienced an illness, or are simply noticing you are losing your physical abilities, therapeutic exercise can prevent impairment and disability while improving your overall fitness and quality of life.


The exercises are designed for your specific condition and are an integral part of your rehab program. Yes, that means you will have homework to do on your own.
